Located in the heart of the Arts & Entertainment District downtown, Flying Pie Co. was designed around the wood fired oven concept. Sit back and enjoy a craft beer or wine while watching the dough and flour fly as your artisan pizza is being created. Relax in our lounge or head downstairs to Sauced for a drink after dinner.
One of the best parts of our menu is that our pizza, meats, seafood, veggies and sides will all go through the wood fired oven. Wood fired tacos? Got those. Cedar Plank Salmon? Yep, that too. There’s a little something for everyone, even our vegetarian and gluten free friends. Consider it classy and artisan with a twist.
As you enter the dining room, the steel shrine that puts the final touch on our creations welcomes you. The oven is like a swiss army knife, it’s got all the right tools to do the job. Your food may appear a little darker than you're used to, but it's ok. Charring is part of the wood firing process.
We can teach you the art of throwing a great pie. Come behind the scenes to our kitchen to knead your dough, throw and fire it. You’ll even get a sweet t-shirt out of the deal. Ask your server for details and pricing.
We’ve always said if the right location opened up that we would love to have a restaurant downtown. The Arts & Entertainment District has so much to offer and we’re really excited to be part of it!
How about something a little different for your next meeting? We have a private room available for reservations (15-20 people). Make it hands on by joining us in the kitchen to learn how to throw a pie. Ask your server for details and pricing.
Street Parking is available downtown (Metered)
